Jeff is a highly skilled, energetic facilitator and speaker with over 30 years of experience supporting organizations to strengthen team collaboration, leadership capacity, and staff effectiveness. His facilitation style is engaging, supportive, and grounded in real-world application, blending experiential education with practical tools teams can immediately use.
Jeff’s work is shaped by a deep understanding of experiential learning, decades of leadership within the outdoor recreation and education sectors, successful entrepreneurial ventures, and long-standing commitment as a community advocate. He has worked across Canada and internationally, supporting teams through times of growth, transition, and change.
Whether facilitating strategic retreats, leadership development programs, or immersive outdoor learning experiences, Jeff brings clarity, curiosity, and purpose to every room—and every landscape—he works in.
