It’s Our Annual Holiday Coffee Camp Fundraiser - Help Send a Kid to Camp!
Hey Everyone!
I totally know everyone is being inundated with every fundraiser under the moon wanting your contribution.Please consider reading the information below as our fundraiser is different - we are local, small and the money to goes directly to the kids. Fireside Adventures is more than about leadership training, it is about creating access for youth to explore and learn about their potential through outdoor experiential learning.
Each year, we help fundraise to support kids in need of financial assistance to participate in our Fireside Adventure summer camps by selling our very own Fireside organic coffee. Our coffee is roasted and packaged just before you pick it up which is why it always smells fantastic and tastes great.
We go the extra mile by offering our Fireside programs “at cost”, meaning we absolutely do not make a profit when supporting inner city youth as we are proud to do our part in supporting the numerous kids needing the extra help to participate in Fireside leadership camps. For the past 6 years we have helped hundreds of kids participate in summer camp.
For every pound (1 bag) sold, $10 goes directly back to a child or youth needing financial support to enroll into a Fireside program of their choice. This year we hope to raise more than $1,800 through coffee sales by Christmas Eve 2011. Last year we were able to raise close to $20,000 through grant writing, coffee sales, donations and more.

Choose to do your holiday shopping at Ten Thousand Villages, on December 1-3 (specific times below) and 10% of all sales will go to assist an inner-city child to attend a Fireside Adventures camp.
