What is Chalk for Change?
Creative Toolbox’s “Chalk for Change” fundraising initiative is back again to help Grandview/Woodland children and youth go to summer camp. On several days of the year, our young inner city artists will chalk summer themed murals on your store front sidewalk.
Our goals:
To have fun and be creative while raising enough money to go to either Urban Adventures or Fireside Adventures this summer. Last year, with your support, we raised enough money to subsidize a number of children and youth from your community. Businesses, parents, customers, and local kids all get involved to support this fun, unique and colourful initiative.
How to get involved:
Businesses can choose from the donation packages below. Anyone can participate in the weekend of chalk drawing, make a donation and/or join in on the spirit of the fundraiser. The kids are excited about the possibility of chalking a mural in front of your store this spring!
Donation Information and Packages:
$50 Donation – Mural by youth on storefront sidewalk, recognition on website by posting your logo and a Certificate of Participation recognizing your donation.
$35 Donation – Basic 30 minute drawing by youth on storefront sidewalk as well and recognition on our website by posting your logo.
$25 Donation – Basic 30 minute drawing by children on your storefront sidewalk
